Use of Artificial Intelligence, Transparency and Limits of Liability

Last updated: 07/09/2026

Scope

This statement applies to content published by Online Bilgi Hizmetleri A.Ş. on dewiac.com and under the DEWIAC brand, and to material shared through all our channels like email and social media.

Where a course or publication carries its own AI use statement, that specific statement applies to it. Specific statements supplement this one; on any matter they do not address, this statement continues to apply.

AI use in our own material

We use AI-supported tools in preparing the content we publish. Unless we state otherwise, you may assume that AI-supported tools may have been involved in producing any marketing or informational material we publish — including course descriptions, articles, blog posts, newsletters, brochures, social media posts, images, video and audio.

These tools are used mainly for drafting, improving text and expression, summarising, structuring content, translation, research support and the production of visual and audio material. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive.

AI tools are not used as an independent source of data or as a final decision-making mechanism.

AI and assessment

We do not use AI systems to grade assessments, score examinations, decide admission or placement, determine a learner’s level, or monitor learners during tests.

Course content

Course content is produced by subject-matter instructors with operational experience in their field. We require instructors to declare any use of AI-supported tools in preparing course material, and to take responsibility for the accuracy of everything they submit.

We review submitted material before publication. That review is a subject-matter check and does not independently verify every factual claim.

We cannot independently verify every instructor’s production process.

Training content is not operational guidance

Our courses are educational. They are not operational orders, doctrine, safety procedure, or engineering specification, and they do not replace the official publications, regulations and procedures applicable to your organisation and jurisdiction. Where our material differs from an official source that applies to you, follow the official source.

Certification

Our certificates record completion of a DEWIAC course. They are not a licence, accreditation, or a determination of operational competence by any national authority.

Human involvement

As a rule, our content is subject to editorial review by our team before publication. That review does not mean every item of information has been individually verified.

Reporting errors and contacting us

If you notice an error in any of our material, please tell us: https://dewiac.com/#form . We review reported errors promptly and correct them.

If you want to be sure of something before you rely on it, contact us at the same address.

Language

English is the source and governing language. Other language versions are produced using machine translation and are provided for information. Where versions differ, the English text governs. This does not mean the content has been separately verified.

Updates

This statement is updated as our practices change. It is reviewed at least once a year and whenever there is a material change.
